Modelta and X:Mem start joint collaboration on the SepTide project to Advance Membrane Innovation for
CO2 Separation
As of March 2025, the nationally funded SepTide project has officially started. This initiative is supported through the Subsidieregeling MKB innovatiestimulering topsectoren Zuid-Nederland 2021-2025 (STIM-01027).
Together with membrane manufacturer X:Mem, Modelta will focus on the development of next-generation carbon molecular sieve membranes aimed at the efficient separation of CO2 from dilute gas streams. This collaboration highlights the powerful synergy between predictive modeling and advanced manufacturing, driving the enhancement of membrane properties and performance. By combining practical expertise and cutting-edge modeling capabilities, we aim to accelerate innovation in sustainable separation technologies.
