Modelta officially appointed as spin-off of EIDNHOVEN UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY and POLITECNICO DI MILANO
Modelta started off as a spin-off from Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) in October 2022. Additionally, it has now become a spin-off of Politecnico di Milano (POLIMI). Academic senate and board of directors of POLIMI officially appointed Modelta as a spin-off at the end of November 2022.
The company has been recognized as a high-tech service and products developer of a well-defined promoted technology. The experience and know-how were originally developed through 10+ years of research on membranes and novel multiphase reactor systems in the Inorganic Membranes and Membrane Reactors group (SIR) at TU/e and the Group of Energy COnversion Systems (GECOS) at POLIMI. They have now been transferred to Modelta, where they will be used for modelling activities and further model development.
