Modelta hosts membrane modeling webinars
As part of the MEASURED project, Modelta is proud to host a series of four expert-led webinars dedicated to membrane modeling. These sessions will be held by four partners from the MEASURED project consortium who will share their expertise through showcasing tools, methods and applications of membrane modeling at different scales.
The webinar series features:
- Webinar 1 – Vladimir Dikic (TNO): An in depth discussion on using Aspen Custom Modeler for membrane modeling, demonstrating how membranes can be efficiently integrated into Aspen Plus flow sheets.
- Webinar 2 – Andraž Pavlišič (National Institute of Chemistry, Slovenia): A perspective on the use of computational fluid dynamics in membrane modeling, highlighting how CFD can provide valuable insights into membrane performance and system behavior.
- Webinar 3 – Michele Ongis (Modelta): Diving into the execution of techno-economic studies for membrane-based systems, demonstrating how these systems can be studied and evaluated at an industrial scale.
- Webinar 4 – Felipe Parada Molina (Eurecat): A session on the evaluation of membrane-based systems from a life cycle perspective using LCA and s-LCA, to considering both environmental and social impacts.
Overall this series gives a diverse and comprehensive view of modelling surrounding membrane systems and is a must visit for anyone enthusiastic about membranes and their role in future technologies!!
